As a child at the age of 10 I discovered that I REALLY liked to know how thing’s worked.

My Mother had bought herself a brand new Toyota sewing machine with her hard earned money. I was curious about how it worked, so I proceeded to dismantle it on the kitchen table. After a good chastising I was promptly told to put it back together, which I did with great enthusiasm.

To everyone’s surprise the sewing machine went for another 25 years. I then moved onto radios and anything else I could get my hands on in our house. This was the beginnings of my “Passion for Technology”.

Later in my adult life, after trying my hand at many various forms of jobs, I started my own PC repair business called “Affordable Computer Help” (ACH). This has evolved and lead me to where I am today, doing technology reviews.
